Ubuntu 22.04 Nitter VM Image

Job ID: 39845597

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

I need a clean, lightweight VMware Workstation image that boots straight into Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and serves a working Nitter instance built from https://github.com/zedeus/nitter.
The end goal is to drop the files into my workstation, power the VM on, and immediately reach Nitter from the host browser without any extra tweaking.

Core expectations
• Ubuntu 22.04 LTS minimal install, fully updated
• All build dependencies resolved, Nitter cloned and compiled from the official repo
• Nitter running as a systemd service that starts on boot
• A small reverse-proxy (Caddy, Nginx, or your preferred lightweight option) listening on port 80 and forwarding to Nitter’s internal port so the URL is simply http://vm-ip
• SSH enabled for future maintenance (key-based log-in preferred; password fallback acceptable)
• Sensible defaults for CPU, RAM, and disk that balance performance and footprint—feel free to propose what you think is best

Deliverables
1. The VM files (.vmx/.vmdk or an .ova export) ready to import into VMware Workstation
2. A short README summarising the chosen resource allocation, credentials, open ports, and any commands I might need to update or rebuild Nitter later

Timeline
I would like everything wrapped up within a month, but sooner is welcome if you already have a workflow for this.

Let me know if you need any host-side details before you begin.
