The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience developing on-premises solutions for enterprise IT environments, with a deep understanding of VMware vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi. Experience working with NetApp storage is a strong advantage.
This role requires expert-level knowledge of VMware IT architecture, including VM snapshots, VM provisioning, disaster recovery, and IT security practices. The candidate will play a key role in developing solutions that integrate with complex VMware infrastructures for enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of on-premises applications designed for VMware-based enterprise IT environments.
Architect and implement solutions that enhance VM infrastructure performance, reliability, and security.
Integrate and optimize VMware snapshots, storage management, and recovery solutions.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure smooth deployment, scaling, and automation of applications within VMware ecosystems.
Apply deep VMware expertise to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance IT infrastructure solutions.
(Advantageous) Develop and integrate solutions with NetApp storage, including ONTAP and snapshot-based workflows.
Qualifications & Experience:
✅ Proven track record of developing enterprise-grade on-premises applications for VMware environments.
✅ Deep expertise in VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and VM provisioning.
✅ Strong understanding of VMware networking, storage integration, and disaster recovery.
✅ Experience deploying IT security and compliance solutions within VMware infrastructures.
✅ (Advantageous) Hands-on experience with NetApp storage, including ONTAP, snapshots, and storage replication.
✅ Ability to work independently in complex IT environments and lead infrastructure-driven development projects.
