Reconnect Dell Unity SAN to VmWare ESX host 5.5

I am currently seeking a freelancer who can help me reconnect my Dell Unity SAN to VmWare ESX host 5.5. My previous connection was successful, but due to a hardware failure, the connection has been lost. I have attempted to troubleshoot the issue by rebooting the system and had to reinstall the OS. It has not resolved the problem. It may involve troubleshooting the SAN network. I was told the whole network is flat now, but I'm not sure that's correct.
