Oracle 19c Installation on Ubuntu 22.04

I need a technical expert to install the Oracle client 19c on my ubuntu 22.04 VM. Here's what I'm looking for in the ideal freelancer:
-Experience setting up Oracle client 19c on Ubuntu.
-Understanding of VMs. I'm not using Oracle VirtualBox, so familiarity with alternative solutions is needed.
-Capability to enable secure network services as part of the Oracle client 19c setup.
