Multi-System IT Specialist Needed

I'm in need of a highly skilled IT professional who can manage and optimize our systems. The main focus of this project is on system optimization and improving performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- VMware Administration: You'll be responsible for managing our VMware infrastructure, ensuring that it's running efficiently and effectively.
- Active Directory Management: You'll also need to handle our Active Directory, making any necessary updates and changes as required by our evolving needs.
- SCCM Configuration: You'll be tasked with configuring our SCCM system to make sure it's working optimally.
- Citrix Support: Additionally, you should be able to provide support for our Citrix environment.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in VMware administration, Active Directory management, SCCM configuration, and Citrix support.
- Strong understanding of system optimization and performance improvement.
- Prior experience in managing systems for a user base of 100-500.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
