I need a skilled programmer who is also familiar with VMware, Windows, and Autopsy to help me with a project where I need to encrypt a file to demonstrate encryption techniques.

The primary goal of the project is to demonstrate encryption techniques. The job entails programming a method for encrypting a file using a language of your choice - I have no preference on the language - and then carefully documenting the process in a written report which will be used as evidence.
As the report will be used for evidence, it needs to be detailed and written in a clear and professional manner.
