ASIC MINER

I’m looking for help with developing an ASIC miner in order to increase mining speed. I have a budget of more than $1000 and I plan to use the ASIC miner as a proof of concept. I need someone with the capability to help me develop the newest technologies with high speeds and low power consumption that will meet my goals. This project will require the candidate to have extensive ASIC experience so I am looking for someone with a strong background in this area.
