Living Room Redesign Plan

I’m ready to give my living room a fresh identity and need an interior designer who can guide the project from concept to clear, actionable plans. The brief is simple: rethink the entire space so it feels cohesive, comfortable, and visually striking. I haven’t locked into a particular style yet, so you’ll have creative freedom—show me what you think will work best for the architecture and the way the room is used day-to-day.

What I expect from you:
• Concept development: mood boards, colour palette, and style direction
• Space planning: an annotated floor plan that optimises traffic flow and seating arrangements
• Visualisation: photorealistic renders or a well-detailed 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) so I can clearly picture the result
• Specification list: furniture, lighting, finishes, and decor items with sourcing links or SKU numbers
• Implementation guidance: notes on installation details, measurements, and any trade work I’ll need to schedule
