Xamarin Cross platform mobile app

We have a Xamarin (latest MS Vis Std) mobile cell project that should provide....
1. Cross platform
2. Interface with Google maps on cell – extract current Lat/long location, nearest building name, speed and display on the form.
3. Measure distance of an object in center view from cell camera, once calibrated.
4. Sample to show how to control various available functions of all cameras of the cell. (focus, on/off, etc. all possible functionality)
5. The Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test (both in daylight & night ) - This will be recorded by user holding cell phone away and moving a black slider left & right on cell app in front of user, instead of stylus shown in video below. Also record, store the video. Analyze and report results as per the video using video analytics.

If some adjustments need to be made to above spec, please advise. A couple of hours of tech transfer, user manual will be needed. Let me know if you have any questions.
