Windows application for vpn client configuration

Project Description:
I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Windows application for configuring L2TP/IPSec VPN clients. The ideal candidate should have experience with Windows platform and be familiar with L2TP/IPSec VPN protocols.

Requirements:
- Develop a user-friendly interface for managing VPN configurations on Windows operating system
- Implement L2TP/IPSec VPN protocol for secure and reliable connections
- Ensure compatibility with various VPN service providers
- Provide options for configuring VPN settings such as server addresses, authentication methods, and encryption algorithms
- Allow users to easily enable/disable VPN connections and manage multiple configurations

Skills and Experience:
