Voice user interface (web speech api)

I'm looking for someone to develop a voice user interface using the Web Speech API ON visual studio code This project requires expertise in speech recognition technology and the ability to develop a system that can handle audio data. I'm looking for a developer who is well-versed in the Web Speech API, who can bring this user interface to life. The goal is for users to interact with the interface with their voice. Once the interface is complete, users will be able to ask questions and receive spoken (or text) answers in return.
