PCIe Driver Creation for Windows
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are seeking a highly skilled **Windows Kernel Developer** to create a **general-purpose PCIe driver** for Windows. This driver must allow access to both IO and Memory space of **any PCIe device** by specifying the **vendor and device ID**, and should be delivered as a **DLL** with full source code. The development must be done using **Visual Studio 2019** and the **Windows Driver Kit (WDK)**.
**Important: This is NOT a frontend, backend, or general full-stack development task.**
Please **do not apply** unless you have **direct, hands-on experience** with:
* Windows Kernel Mode Driver (KMDF/WDM) development
* PCIe enumeration and memory-mapped IO handling
* Building Windows drivers using WDK
* Low-level system programming and working with hardware registers
We are looking specifically for someone who has done this kind of work before—not someone willing to “learn on the job.” Time is critical, and we cannot afford to onboard developers without **relevant driver-level expertise**.
If your background does not include **actual PCIe driver development on Windows**, please refrain from applying. We will not respond to unrelated proposals.
Only serious and experienced candidates will be considered.
