Microsoft Word Add-in

The Add-in should create a new Ribbon tab, on this new tab should be a dropdown box, the dropdown will contain a list of names, when the user selects a name the code will insert an image at the current cursor position, the source of the image will be based on which name the user selects, all the images will be saved in a local folder on the computer, the dropdown list needs to be loaded from a external file (xml, txt or ?), I need to be able to update the list as needed without having to make changes to the code. The example image was made in Visual Studio, the project was a VSTO.
