Memory test tool

I need a tool to test memory for my research work. There will be 6 sets of numbers (spanning from 3-8 digits). Each number will be shown for 10 seconds. After that, it will disappear and the participant will be asked to type the exact number. The answers should be scored as follows:
a. 3,4,5 digit numbers if answered correctly, 2 marks each (1 mistake or ommission=1 & 2 or more=0)
b. 6,7,8 digit numbers if answered correctly, 3 marks each (1 mistake or ommission=2 & 2 or more=0)
There will be two tests.
