Help running powershell Script in Visual Studio pre build event

wrote a simple code by powershell
I am creating a file xml with some program settings
I want to run it before build desktop software
I'm getting this error
exited with code 1

I want to solve this problem and add a code to move the file to another file
I want to solve this problem with anydisk
