Help deploying Xamarin App, to the local iPhone (Windows/Visual Studio 2019).

We’re working on Windows with Visual Studio 2019 and a remote Mac connected to Visual Studio.
We’re having problems deploying to an iPhone plugged into the windows computer. We have a paid for Apple Developer Account. The error we encounter is “A valid provisioning profile for this executable was not found.”
The app successfully deploys to an emulator.
We require someone with experience to guide us through this process over via Screen sharing (TeamViewer, Ms Teams or Zoom).
We are looking for a ongoing relationship with an expert in this area.
