Need you to develop a complete interface to the following Epanet-RTX
http://wateranalytics.org/epanet-rtx/
with latest MS Visual Studio sample app. You also build the sample app as a way to test/prove it.
If some adjustments need to be made to above spec, please advise. A couple of hours of tech transfer, user manual will be needed. Let me know if you have any questions.
All the source code , supporting documents, industry typical code comments, will be our property.
