Edit Visual Studio Code Colors

I'm looking to have someone edit the colors within Visual Studio Code for a Desktop Application. I already have a particular color scheme in mind so I am looking for someone who can take my concept and turn it into a reality. Primarily, I am looking to have the syntax colors edited.
I use to code in Sublime Text, but I am switching to VSCode. I was able to easily change the editors syntax colors for each element, attribute, value etc. etc. etc.
So I just need you to make a VSCode theme with my specific syntax coloring for the editors text.
I am new to VSCode, so I am having a little bit of an issue figuring out how to make my VSCode editor look exactly like my Sublime Text editor (colors) does.
For those of you that know Visual Studio Code well and work with it on a daily or very frequent basis. This should be an easy project.
I will send you all the files you need which will provide you with each syntax color code in HEX format.
