ERP System Development Focusing on Production Planning, inventory management, employee management, sales, purchase, TAX and accounting

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to assist in developing a custom ERP system tailored for my textile manufacturing unit. The system will focus on production planning, inventory management, employee management, sales, purchase, tax compliance, and accounting. The ERP will be developed using Visual Studio (.NET, C#) and will utilize a MySQL database to manage the data. The system will support around 200 users, each with different roles and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop a fully integrated ERP system with modules for production, inventory, employee management, sales, purchasing, tax, and accounting.
Implement role-based access control for approximately 80 users.
Ensure proper database design and optimization for performance and scalability.
Collaborate closely to ensure the system meets the specific business needs of a textile manufacturing unit.
Skills Required:
Expertise in C# and .NET Framework using Visual Studio.
Strong experience with MySQL database design and development.
Prior experience in developing ERP systems, particularly with a focus on production and business management processes.
Strong problem-solving abilities and self-management.
Preferred Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in ERP system development or similar large-scale applications.
Prior experience integrating various modules such as inventory, production, and accounting.
Project Timeline:
This is a comprehensive, long-term project, with multiple development phases. Specific deadlines and deliverables will be discussed in detail once the project starts.
