C# Desktop OPC UA Client Creation

C# WinForms OPC UA Client for Siemens S7-1214 PLC

We are looking for an experienced C# Windows Forms developer to build a desktop OPC UA client that connects to a Siemens S7-1214 PLC acting as an OPC UA Server.

Requirements

C# Windows Forms

.NET 6/7/8 (or 4.8 if justified)

OPC UA using OPCFoundation.NetStandard.Opc.Ua

Connect via opc.tcp://

Support certificates & security policies

Read / Write / Browse OPC UA nodes

Subscriptions (real-time monitoring)

Tag list management (CSV import/export preferred)

Clean UI + logging

Deliverables

Full Visual Studio source code

Working EXE

Basic documentation (setup + usage)

Important

Final payment will be released only after:

Full source code delivery

Successful local testing by us against a real Siemens S7-1214 PLC
(Build + Connect + Read/Write/Subscribe must work)

This is required to avoid non-functional or AI-generated code that cannot run in a real OPC UA environment.
