Build and run tests for Facebook Yoga in Windows environment with VS 2022 -- 3

I need to develop a feature for Yoga (https://github.com/facebook/yoga). .
Yoga is quite complex, and other than mentioning "buck" they don't give a lot of details about how to build or what the happy path workflow is. I've spent days chasing around after SDKs and dealing with various issues around permissions and versions of various dependencies, and I'm tired of pulling my hair out. Here's your mission:
1. make sure you are using Windows 10 and Visual Studio 2022
2. fork https://github.com/facebook/yoga and check it out locally on your own Windows machine
3. figure out how to open one of the solutions that contains the native c++ project, fully load it, and completely build it
4. make sure you can run the tests from the command line. ("buck test //:yoga")
5. Once you have all that figured out, you will remote log in to my machine, and repeat all the steps.
That's it! You don't have to write any code, or develop any features. You just need to figure out the workflow and get me set up and ready to write some code.
