Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m looking for a seasoned retail consultant to re-think the physical flow, visual merchandising, and overall shopper journey in my store. The goal is to turn the existing space into a layout that increases dwell time, guides customers intuitively from entrance to checkout, and ultimately lifts sales.
What I expect from you
• An on-site or virtual assessment of the current floor plan, fixtures, and product zoning
• A revised layout plan with clear rationale—traffic patterns, focal points, adjacencies, and sightlines
• Visual mock-ups or CAD drawings that I can hand straight to my shopfitter
• Practical, step-by-step implementation guidance so my team can execute the changes with minimal downtime
To be considered, please attach a detailed project proposal outlining your approach, timeline, and any measurement methods you use to track post-implementation performance. Past results or references are welcome, but the proposal itself is the key document I will review first.
