I have a brand-new, two-storey build that closely follows Clarendon’s “Saratoga 44” layout, with finishes mirroring their “Boston 42”. The house covers five bedrooms and three bathrooms and I now need a complete interior scheme—furniture, décor and accessory placement—for every space.

Key areas I want you to refine are the living room, master bedroom, kitchen, all secondary bedrooms, the combined open-plan dining/living zone, the upstairs lounge room and the study. The colour palette will be guided by the schedule of finishes I’ll supply after award, so please use that document as your reference point rather than imposing a preset scheme.
I will provide the detailed floor plan and the full finishes schedule once we start. In return I’m looking for:
• Room-by-room furniture layouts that make the most of the Saratoga proportions.
• Coordinated selections of décor and accessories that complement the Boston-style finishes.
• Visuals (mood boards or 3-D renders—whichever you prefer) so I can clearly see how each space comes together.
• A concise shopping/specification list for every item you propose, including supplier details where possible.
