Fashion Merchandising Display for Sales

I need an experienced visual merchandiser to visit my fashion and apparel store and create displays that push a specific range of hero garments currently under-performing. Your brief is straightforward: devise and install compelling merchandising that converts interest into sales while staying true to the brand’s aesthetic.
You’ll start with a quick walk-through and sales analysis so we can pinpoint which SKUs must be spotlighted. From there, propose the mix of window, in-store focal points, and product arrangements you believe will have the greatest commercial impact—I’m open to any format that drives results.
Please handle concept development, sourcing or repurposing props, on-site installation, and staff hand-over. A short after-action report with sales observations will close the loop.
