iPhone Screen Replacement VFX
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a short reel shot for social media where an iPhone is clearly visible; I now need the screen swapped out for a second video that I will supply. The phone stays steady enough for reliable tracking and there is no scrolling, tapping or other interactive motion—just a clean replacement that feels glued to the glass, with reflections and perspective matching the original footage.
You will receive:
• The master clip in 4K ProRes
• The video to place on-screen (same frame rate)
Your task is to track the phone, composite the supplied video so it looks naturally embedded, add any subtle glare or edge softness to sell the shot, and send back:
1. The final graded clip in the same resolution and codec
2. An export with alpha (or the full After Effects/Mocha project) so I can make tweaks later if needed
Please mention the software you intend to use—After Effects, Mocha, Nuke or similar—so I know I can reopen the project on my end. Turn-around is flexible but sooner is better, as this reel is scheduled to go live next week.
