VFX Studio Formation

I wish to collaborate with a like-minded VFX professional/enthusiast, in the formation of a VFX company. Need an office space, which maybe located in India, the US or the UK. No need of investment. I'm a VFX producer myself, since 2017 and have worked for the Lionsgate, in the past. I'm looking to team-up with an entrepreneur, who would like to work on movies, which are mainly US-based.
