Seamless After Effects Compositing

I have plates, 3D model passes, and separate VFX layers that all need to live in a single, tidy After Effects project (JUST IN AE) . The brief is simple but demanding: integrate the 3D assets so convincingly that they read as part of the original live-action shot—matching light, perspective, motion blur, grain, and colour without relying on any external compositing tools. Everything must be crafted, finessed, and rendered directly inside After Effects.
