Third-party integrations (Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, WhatsApp API, Email, Payment gateways)
Automation of follow-ups, reminders & task assignments
Dashboard & report creation
User roles, permissions & security setup
Data migration (Excel / CSV → Zoho CRM)
