YouTube Thumbnail Designer Wanted

We run a tech tutorial YouTube channel where we post how to software tutorial videos. We are looking for a passionate YouTube thumbnail designer for our channel.

We are looking for a designer who can create:

High CTR thumbnails
- Modern design
- Experiment with new styles
- Analyse competing videos and create best thumbnails
- Understand the tutorial topic and craft compelling thumbnails
- Extract key part of the process and create click-worthy thumbnails.

You should be able to deliver thumbnails on time. Make changes based on feedback if required.

We will provide our thumbnail samples. You can study that to understand what type of thumbnail we need. You should combine your unique style and our style to create great thumbnails.

Include your relevant work in the proposal. Also include your desired cost per thumbnail.
