I need a quick refresh of my existing Workload Matrix spreadsheet so it’s easier to read, harder to break, and ready for day-to-day use. You’ll work directly in the current file and deliver it back clean and self-contained.
Key objectives
• Visual polish – Apply a soft-contrast color scheme and tidy visual design elements so headings, totals, and input areas stand out without being loud.
• Data validation – Add simple, bullet-proof rules that accept only numbers where admissions or counts are required and proper hh:mm entries for consultation time fields. Invalid entries should trigger a clear message.
• Completeness metric – Insert one formula that calculates the percentage of filled-out rows (or cells, whichever is easier) so I can spot gaps at a glance.
