Visual Process Manual PowerPoint

The project centres on turning a set of written processes into a clear, visually engaging PowerPoint operations manual. Each procedure needs to be distilled into concise slides that favour graphics over text, so the final deck acts as both reference material and an at-a-glance guide for staff on the shop floor.

I will supply the raw process notes and any existing SOP documents. Your task is to shape them into a unified slide deck that:
• Uses flowcharts and diagrams to map every step, decision point, and hand-off.
• Reinforces each stage with well-chosen images or icons that make the content instantly recognisable.
• Follows a clean, modern template with consistent colours, fonts, and section headers so users can navigate quickly.

Please keep animations to a minimum—clarity and speed of comprehension are the priorities. I’m happy to collaborate on colour palette and overall theme at the outset; once agreed, you’ll have the freedom to lay out the slides as you see fit.

Deliverables
• Fully editable .pptx file (PowerPoint 365 compatible).
• Any custom graphics provided separately in editable format (e.g., .ai or .svg).
• A brief slide-by-slide notes page summarising the source information used, so future revisions are straightforward.

The deck should be ready for internal rollout, so accuracy in depicting each process is crucial. I’ll review an initial sample section before we move on to the rest of the manual to make sure we’re aligned on look and feel.
