I’m looking for a creative designer who can craft eye-catching, bright, and colorful YouTube video thumbnails that instantly grab attention in the feed. Each thumbnail should:
• Follow YouTube’s 1280 × 720 px guideline with clear, readable visuals at smaller sizes.
• Reflect a consistent, recognizable style across all videos while allowing room for small variations when a topic calls for it.
