I need a clean, easy-to-follow process flowchart that maps our entire file-upload procedure from the first user action through final confirmation. The goal is to give both new team members and stakeholders a clear, single-page visual that explains who does what, when each validation step occurs, and how exceptions are handled.
I will provide the current written steps and any UI screenshots you might need; you will translate that into a professional diagram. A standard process flowchart format is required, but you’re free to suggest subtle swimlane elements or colour coding if that will make roles and decision points clearer.
Deliverables
• One polished flowchart in PDF for circulation
• The editable source file (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar) so we can maintain it internally
