Telugu Kindle Manuscript Formatting -- 2
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a completed Telugu manuscript (392 pages) in Microsoft Word (.docx) that requires professional Kindle formatting only. The manuscript is fully written and proofread. No editing, rewriting, translation, or proofreading is required.
The objective is to prepare the manuscript for Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) so it displays correctly on Kindle devices, mobile phones, tablets, and the Kindle app.
Scope of Work:
The formatter should:
Clean the existing Word formatting
Remove unnecessary tabs, multiple spaces, manual line breaks, and inconsistent paragraph formatting
Apply proper Kindle-compatible paragraph and heading styles
Create a clickable Kindle Table of Contents
Insert page breaks before each chapter
Place images exactly where indicated in the manuscript
Ensure proper image scaling for Kindle devices
Format the front matter and back matter according to Kindle publishing standards
Ensure the manuscript passes Kindle Previewer without formatting issues
Optimize the file for reflowable Kindle format (not Print Replica)
Deliverables:
Clean, professionally formatted DOCX
Kindle-ready KPF (Kindle Create) or EPUB suitable for Amazon KDP
Confirmation that the file has been tested in Kindle Previewer
A brief summary of any formatting changes made
All source files returned after project completion
