Stellarify Corporate Healthcare Presentation

I am looking for an experienced PowerPoint designer/graphic designer to professionally redesign an existing presentation for my NDIS disability support company.

The presentation is already completed in PowerPoint with the wording, structure, screenshots, examples, and images included. I am not looking for someone to rewrite the whole content. I need someone who can make it look more professional, modern, polished, and visually engaging.

The presentation is used as a stakeholder welcome/introduction deck for support coordinators, families, guardians, allied health professionals, and other NDIS stakeholders.

The deck covers:

Company introduction
How we communicate with stakeholders
Weekly summary reporting
Incident register and incident management process
Stakeholder meetings
Participant-specific staff induction courses
SIL home readiness and safety systems
Examples of our internal documentation and reporting processes

What I need:

Improve the overall graphic design and presentation layout
Make the slides look more professional and less basic
Improve use of icons, diagrams, flow charts, and visuals
Ensure the presentation is clean, easy to read, and stakeholder-friendly
Keep the branding consistent with our colours and style
Make sure text fits properly within sections/cards
Improve spacing, alignment, fonts, and visual hierarchy
Keep sensitive participant information anonymised
Retain the current content and images unless minor layout adjustments are needed

Style I am looking for:

Modern healthcare / disability sector presentation
Clean, professional, premium-looking
Teal, white, soft grey branding
Not too corporate or cold — still needs to feel caring, warm, and person-centred
Suitable to send as a PDF or present in stakeholder meetings

I will provide:

The current PowerPoint file
Company branding/logo
Any images already included in the presentation
Guidance on what needs to stay confidential or anonymised

Deliverables:

Edited PowerPoint file
PDF export version
Any editable graphic elements used in the presentation
