I require an experienced PowerPoint presentation designer to create two visually engaging professional workshop presentations for Spiritual Care Practitioners.
The presentations teach Narrative Life Review for Spiritual Wellbeing (NLR-SW), a structured six-session spiritual care intervention used in palliative and end-of-life contexts. NLR-SW Final 30122025.docx
I have already prepared two detailed facilitator documents containing:
* Exact slide-by-slide content
* Word-for-word presenter scripts
* Workshop timings
* Zoom breakout-room activities
* Practice cases and exercises
* Design and visual suggestions for each slide
The freelancer’s role is primarily presentation design and formatting, not rewriting or changing the content.
Scope
* Presentation 1: Approximately 26 slides for a four-hour workshop
* Presentation 2: Approximately 28 slides for a four-hour workshop
* Approximately 54 slides in total
* Place the concise slide content on each visual slide
* Place the full word-for-word script into the corresponding PowerPoint speaker notes
* Clearly identify activities, breakout-room exercises, breaks, case studies and facilitator instructions
* Create a consistent visual identity across both presentations
Desired visual style
The presentations should feel:
* Professional and suitable for healthcare education
* Calm, reflective and visually spacious
* Warm and human without appearing overly religious
* Clinically credible without appearing sterile or corporate
* Appropriate for sensitive subjects including illness, mortality, identity, grief, meaning and spiritual wellbeing
* Highly readable when delivered through Zoom
The visual style may include subtle imagery connected with narrative, pathways, connection, thresholds, identity, light, nature and reflection. Avoid clichéd religious imagery, cluttered slides, excessive animation and generic corporate templates.
Technical requirements
* Microsoft PowerPoint format
* Fully editable .pptx files
* 16:9 widescreen format
* Full presenter scripts included in speaker notes
* Consistent slide master, typography and layouts
* Accessible font sizes and strong contrast
* All images must be appropriately licensed or royalty-free
* Supply PDF versions of both presentations
* Supply any licensed design assets and confirm usage rights
* Final files must work correctly in Microsoft PowerPoint, not only Canva

Please provide three sample slides first, including:
1. A title or section-opening slide
2. A content-heavy teaching slide
3. An interactive activity or breakout-room slide
The full project will proceed once the visual direction is approved. Please include at least two reasonable revision rounds.
All supplied content is copyrighted and confidential. It must not be reproduced, distributed, publicly shared or included in a portfolio without written permission.
