I need my existing 12-slide company presentation transformed into a visually polished deck that feels modern and clean while staying true to our established brand guidelines. The copy is already finalized, so the job is purely design-focused: refining the overall layout, unifying the background look across most slides, and giving every chart or graphic a fresh, cohesive treatment that mirrors the “modern and clean” style we agreed on.
You’ll receive:
• The current PowerPoint file with all text in place
• Our brand guideline PDF containing color palette, fonts, and logo usage rules
From you, I’m expecting:
• A redesigned .pptx in native PowerPoint format (fully editable)
• Consistent master slide(s) that lock in fonts, colors, and spacing
• Reworked graphs and visual elements that follow the brand colors and maintain data accuracy
• Any custom icons or illustrations supplied as editable vectors or grouped shapes inside the deck
• All external assets (images, fonts) packaged or embedded properly
Acceptance criteria
1. Every slide uses only the approved brand colors and typography.
2. Graphs are legible, correctly scaled, and adhere to the modern-clean aesthetic.
3. No text overflow or misaligned elements when the file is opened on a standard 16:9 screen.
4. Final file passes a quick review round—minor tweaks included until sign-off.
