PowerPoint Presentation Designer Required (Education Sector)
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am looking for an experienced PowerPoint designer to professionally enhance an existing presentation suite used for primary and secondary school workshops.
The content for every slide has already been written and inserted. We also have access to a large library of professionally designed slide templates, layouts, visual assets, icons, and branding elements that have already been created.
This is not a content-writing project and it is not a template-creation project.
Your role is to transform the existing presentations into visually compelling, commercially attractive, and highly professional training resources suitable for use for schools.
What Has Already Been Completed
All slide content has been written.
Slide sequence and learning design are complete.
Existing template library available.
Icons, branding assets, colour palettes, and layouts available.
Presentations are currently functional but visually inconsistent.
What I Need
For each presentation, I would like you to:
Improve visual hierarchy and readability.
Apply consistent branding and design standards.
Select the most appropriate layouts from our existing template library.
Improve slide balance, spacing, alignment, and composition.
Create a modern and professional look suitable for educational organisations.
Integrate icons, graphics and visual elements where appropriate.
Reduce text-heavy slides through visual design techniques while retaining all key content.
Ensure slides are engaging for live delivery in school settings.
Create consistency across the entire deck.
Design Style
The preferred style is:
Clean and modern
Professional but engaging for school students
High-quality educational training materials
Visually engaging without becoming overly busy
Suitable for teachers
Strong use of white space
Clear typography
Contemporary use of icons and infographics
Professional colour palette
Consistent visual identity throughout
Audience
The presentations are used with:
Secondary school teachers
Primary school teachers
Educational professionals
Deliverables

Any suggested improvements to structure or slide flow should be highlighted separately rather than implemented without consultation.
Experience Required

Examples of before-and-after slide redesign work
Excellent typography and layout skills
Experience working within existing brand guidelines and template systems
