Ongoing Corporate PowerPoint Makeovers

Job ID: 39780013

Budget: $8 – $25 USD

I regularly jot ideas on paper, snap photos of whiteboards, or slap rough slides together, then set them aside until a client meeting looms. Each time, I need those fragments turned into a polished, corporate-grade deck without having to scope out a brand-new project. That’s where you come in.

Here’s the rhythm: whenever I have either handwritten notes (you’ll receive them as scans, photos, or digital-ink files) or an existing but unprofessional slide deck, I’ll send the material with instructions to polish it. Your task is to translate the content into a clean, consistent, professional presentation — on an hourly basis rather than a fixed package. I’m not chasing flashy animation; I’m after clear structure, disciplined use of color, correct typography, and visuals that look like they belong in a Fortune-500 template.

Turnaround is flexible. Little of my work is truly urgent, so you can weave this into your schedule provided we agree on reasonable checkpoints. In return, I expect you to:
• read messy handwriting without complaint,
- turn concepts into graphical representations,
• ask clarifying questions when the content is ambiguous,
• deliver the final .pptx file free of typos, formatting glitches, or off-brand color choices, and
- do the PowerPoint in a way that I can make minor edits if it needs it. I have other Freelancers make an entire slide into a picture that can't be edited.

I'll give you a challenge to start out with. If that goes well, we'll proceed. I am very loyal, so if you're professional (not perfect), flexible, reasonable, not aggressive ("I need more, more, more") we'll work together in harmony for a long time.

If you skim past these requirements, I’ll know immediately, so please mention one thing you appreciate about corporate design when you reply. Otherwise, let’s keep it simple: I supply raw ideas, you supply refined slides, and we track time as we go.

Tell me your hourly rate and any other needs.
