I’m launching a faceless YouTube channel that explores captivating topics in human psychology, and I need an editor who can turn raw voice-over recordings, royalty-free stock clips, and on-screen text/graphics into engaging, story-driven episodes. Each video should flow like a short documentary rather than a slide show, using pacing, music, and visual cues to keep viewers hooked until the end.

Here’s what the job involves
• Shaping a clear narrative arc from my script and voice-over.
• Sourcing or generating relevant stock footage, photos, or subtle motion graphics to illustrate key concepts.
• Designing clean lower thirds, chapter cards, and animated text that reinforce ideas without clutter.
• Using AI tools (e.g., Descript for rough cuts, Adobe Premiere’s Sensei, Runway, or similar) when they genuinely speed up rotoscoping, background removal, or B-roll generation. I’m open to your preferred stack as long as the final result feels cohesive.
• Delivering 8–10 minute 1080p (or higher) videos ready for upload, plus the project files so I can tweak if needed.

Acceptance criteria
1. Smooth, distraction-free edits that maintain a narrative pace.
2. Consistent color grade and audio leveling across the episode.
3. No on-camera presenter—everything must feel “faceless,” driven by visuals, captions, and sound design.
4. Turnaround of one polished draft within five days of receiving assets, with two rounds of revisions included.
