I have a 148 sqm corporate office in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, serving the environmental services and technology sector, and I need a full concept package that instantly communicates “modern, innovative and environmentally responsible.”
You will receive the existing DWG / PDF floorplan and, from there, transform it into an efficient layout that balances team collaboration, client meetings and heads-down individual work. Modern styling is essential, and while functionality and sustainability matter, the visual statement takes top priority; the space has to look like a forward-thinking, successful operation without stretching a sensible budget.
Key items I expect from you:
• An optimized space plan showing room placement, workstation zones and circulation
• Furniture layout suggestions that fit local availability and cost targets
• Material and finish direction that conveys our green-tech identity
• A cohesive interior concept board (colours, textures, lighting mood)
• A 3D animated walkthrough that lets management virtually experience the design before build-out
