I need an experienced presentation designer to redesign a 16-slide PowerPoint. All content, script, slide-by-slide design instructions, images, videos and research figures are already prepared. This is not a content-writing project. I need a designer who can rapidly transform the existing material into a polished, visually striking, high-level keynote deck.
The design should feel scientific, modern, cinematic and human-centred. It should be readable on a large convention-centre screen and should not look like a research poster or a generic AI presentation.
I will provide the current PDF/PPTX deck, complete speaker script, specific slide-by-slide instructions, photographs, videos, scientific figures, logos and colour guidance. Several slides need simplification and visual redesign; some are already close to final.
Scope of work - Redesign 16 existing slides in PowerPoint while preserving the scientific meaning and all approved content. Improve visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, colour consistency, image placement and readability. Create clean visual diagrams where instructed. Integrate supplied photographs, research figures, videos and app screenshots professionally. Ensure video slides autoplay correctly and have suitable poster frames. Use the supplied branding appropriately without cluttering every slide.
Do not change research results, numerical values, scientific claims or project names without asking. Do not use generic robots, artificial brains, circuit-board chickens, stock handshake photographs, dashboards or obviously AI-generated poultry imagery. Do not turn slides into dense posters. Do not use ChatGPT or LLM to make or create slides. I do not need any readymade templates also for this design.
Required style - Use a premium 16:9 keynote style with strong visual storytelling. The audience will be large, so all text must be readable from the back of a convention hall. Prefer one dominant visual and one central message per slide. Use authentic poultry imagery and clean scientific visuals. The working colour palette includes deep navy, teal, warm amber, green, coral and warm white. I will provide exact colour and slide-specific instructions.
Deliverables - Please provide the final editable PowerPoint .pptx file, a PDF export, all linked or embedded videos, and a folder containing any newly created visual assets. The deck must work offline on a Windows laptop. Please preserve editable text and shapes wherever possible.
Timeline - This is urgent. I need the completed redesign within 24 hours of project acceptance. Please apply only if you can begin immediately and meet this deadline.
