Exact Flowchart Recreation in PPT

A high-resolution JPG of a flowchart needs to become a fully editable PowerPoint file. Every box, arrow, label, colour, font size and alignment must match the original artwork, with no additions or omissions—I simply need the same diagram rebuilt natively inside PowerPoint so I can tweak it later if required.
Because the source file is a flowchart and I selected “recreate it as-is” and “use same style as JPG,” please mirror the existing visual language rather than switching to a standard template or inventing a custom theme. Shapes should remain editable (not pasted images), connectors should stay attached, and text should be typed—so the final .pptx lets me move elements around without breaking the layout.
