Event Graphics for Nov 2025

I’m preparing a landmark event set for 28 November 2025 and I want the visuals to feel every bit as memorable as the occasion itself. The job is purely graphic design: I need a skilled designer who can translate the story, mood, and goals of the day into polished, professional artwork.

Here’s what I have in mind so far
• An overall visual concept that ties everything together—colour palette, typography, image style and any iconography you feel suits the date and theme.
• Key collateral such as a hero visual (sized for both print and digital), social-media friendly versions, and any additional items you recommend once you see the brief in full.
• Final files delivered in layered, editable formats (AI/PSD) plus high-resolution exports (PDF/PNG/JPG) ready for the printer and online channels.

After awarding, I’ll share brand notes, sample references and content copy. I’m happy to hear your creative ideas and suggestions on formats I may have overlooked. If you have event-specific experience or can point me to similar work in your portfolio, that will help both of us move fast.

Timelines: first concept within one week of project start, with two refinement rounds, and all finals wrapped up no later than the end of January 2025.
