Digital Magazine Design for Professionals

I’m launching a new digital magazine aimed squarely at working professionals and need a designer who can turn finished copy and photography into a polished, screen-friendly publication. The first issue centres on in-depth interviews and profiles, so the layout must balance long-form text with pull quotes, headshots, sidebars and subtle graphic accents that keep readers engaged on desktop, tablet and mobile.
You will receive the approved brand palette, logo files, and all editorial content. Your task is to craft a cohesive visual system, build master pages, and deliver both an interactive PDF and a press-ready version and source file for printing.
Deliverables
• Cover design and visual theme
• Master page templates for interview and feature spreads
• Interactive elements (hyperlinked TOC, embedded navigation arrows, clickable URLs)
• Final files: packaged InDesign folder (or equivalent), high-res print PDF, compressed interactive PDF
The project timeline is two weeks from kickoff, with daily check-ins available. Please include examples of previous digital magazines, brochures, or annual reports you’ve designed for a professional readership and note your preferred tool set (InDesign, Affinity, Figma, etc.).
