I have all the written copy ready—covering Utility Networks, Geometric Networks, and 3D Modeling—and now need a designer who can translate that technical content into a polished, professional-looking brochure. The tone must stay corporate and credible while still being visually engaging enough to educate potential clients about our GIS capabilities.

The main theme should be represented in a single, cohesive image that visually encompasses all our agenda items: Utility Networks, Geometric Networks, and 3D Modeling.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Brochure layout in a professional, corporate style

• Custom, topic-relevant imagery and graphics—maps, schematic illustrations, and any creative visuals that reinforce the GIS themes

• Consistent color palette and typography that fit a modern corporate brand

• Print-ready PDF plus editable source files (Adobe InDesign or Illustrator preferred) with we need Corel draw file editable file.

• Optimized web PDF for email or online viewing

I’ll supply all text and any existing brand guidelines on acceptance. Your design should organise the content logically, balance text with visuals, and ensure every page is easy to read and informative.

Acceptance criteria:
• All images are original or fully licensed and relevant to Utility Networks, Geometric Networks, and 3D Modeling
• Layout flows smoothly, with clear hierarchy and no widows/orphans
• Delivered on time with both print and web formats provided
