Company Update Newsletter Design

I'm looking for a skilled newsletter designer to create a visually appealing and engaging monthly newsletter to share company, industry and market updates.

Key Requirements:
- Design a master layout for the newsletter to be used every month
- follow a dead line for the newsletter to be released on the 2nd of every calendar month
- Incorporate engaging visuals
- compile industry data
- be able to incorporate any edits per edition
