Company Org Structure Slides
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m refreshing the way our entire company sees itself and I need an expert who can translate every reporting line, team, and role into a clean, visually engaging PowerPoint. The end goal is crystal-clear clarity around who does what and where every position fits so that roles and responsibilities are unmistakable to anyone who opens the file. This will include direct reporting lines and indirect reporting lines.
You’ll be working with nine core areasHuman Resources, Marketing, IT/Technology, Executive Leadership, Sales, Procurement, Install, Service, and Operations—so the chart has to capture both vertical reporting lines and the lateral collaboration that happens between them. I already have high-level notes on each department’s internal tiers; your task is to lay it all out in an intuitive hierarchy, making sure titles, teams, and sub-teams are easy to skim during a live presentation.
Deliverables
• An editable slide deck (PowerPoint) containing the full organizational chart
• Consistent styling, color-coding, and legends that highlight reporting relationships and departmental groupings
• A brief notes page or separate slide explaining any design conventions you used so future updates stay on brand
Acceptance criteria
• Every role and department listed above appears exactly once in the hierarchy
• Reporting lines are unambiguous at all levels
• The slide deck opens without formatting issues in both Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides
