Civil Rights Leaders Poster Design

I’m putting together a class presentation on key figures from the civil-rights movement and I need a visually engaging poster that I can still tweak later. I’ll give you the photos as well as sample posters for inspiration; what I’m after is a scrapbook-style layout that combines black-and-white portraits with tasteful color accents so the whole piece feels lively without losing its historic tone.

Please build the file in Microsoft Publisher and leave a clearly defined placeholder for each leader: their name plus room for three concise bullet points underneath. The dimensions will match a standard classroom poster board (24" × 36"), but make sure all elements stay within safe margins so nothing gets trimmed if I print it oversize.

All I need back is the fully editable .pub file and any linked assets you create (background textures, decorative stickers, fonts if they’re not system defaults). Once I have the Publisher file I’ll drop in the facts and re-position anything as needed, so organizing layers and naming them logically will help a lot.
