Bright YouTube Thumbnail Design

I’m ready to launch a new series of videos and need a designer who can deliver eye-catching, bright, and colorful YouTube thumbnails as the first milestone. Each thumbnail should combine bold text overlays with engaging images of people and well-placed icons or graphics so the content pops immediately in the feed and stays on-brand.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A cohesive visual style across all thumbnails—vivid colors, clear typography, and high contrast that draws the viewer’s eye.
• Creative use of photos (I’ll supply high-resolution stills when available, otherwise you can suggest royalty-free options) blended seamlessly with iconography and illustrative elements.
• Editable source files along with final PNG/JPG exports at the recommended 1280×720 resolution.

If our collaboration clicks, I’ll roll this look out to channel logos, banners, and social posts next, but thumbnails are the immediate priority. Please show me a couple of past examples that match this bold aesthetic and outline how many initial concepts and revisions you include so we can keep the process smooth and fast.
